If you’ve found your company already listed on our platform but have forgotten your access details, don’t worry. You can reclaim access by emailing our support team. They are dedicated to assisting you and will ensure you regain access promptly.
Can I have multiple organization with my single account?
Currently, we offer only a FREE plan, which allows a single organization to be listed per account. If you need to list another organization, you can use a different work email. We are actively developing premium plans with additional features, which will be available soon.
What if I forgot my account detail?
We have a "Forgot Password" page where you can enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you encounter any issues, please contact our support team for 100% assistance.
Can I change the email address after creating account?
Yes, you can make changes. For security purposes, we provide a change request form where you can update your firm name, email address, and firm logo.
